How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the product to your address.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs:
Please note that all shipping costs derived from the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. You can send the item via standard or certified mail. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Refund of the amount:
Once the product is received and its condition verified, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued.
- Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase.
- With the exception of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer.
- If you paid by bank transfer or Cash on Delivery, you must provide us with an IBAN number to process the refund.
