GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Below is the contractual document that will govern the purchase of products and services through the website ventaprime.com, owned by VENTAPRIME (hereinafter, the provider).
Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

  1. Has read, understands, and agrees with the content herein.

  2. Has sufficient legal capacity to contract.

  3. Accepts all obligations stated herein.

These conditions shall remain valid indefinitely and apply to all transactions made through the VentaPrime website.
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms unilaterally, without affecting prior purchases or promotions.

Identity of the Parties

The provider of goods or services is VENTAPRIME, with registered address at Ctra. Villaverde a Vallecas nº 265, 28031 Madrid, Spain.
The user is registered on the website with a username and password, for which they are fully responsible, as well as for the accuracy of personal and payment information provided.

Purpose of the Contract

This contract regulates the commercial relationship established between the provider and the user once the user accepts the corresponding checkbox during the online purchase process.
The contractual relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a stated and publicly displayed price, of a specific product or service.

Contracting Procedure

The purchasing process can only be carried out in Spanish, unless otherwise indicated prior to the start of the procedure.
To access the services, the user must create an account on the website by freely providing the required personal information.

The user shall choose a username and password, using them responsibly and notifying the provider immediately in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
Usernames intended to mislead or contain offensive or unlawful language are prohibited.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the procedure includes:

  1. Order summary: item list, prices, and taxes.

  2. Login or registration.

  3. Shipping and billing addresses.

  4. Acceptance of the general sales terms.

  5. Selection of shipping method and corresponding costs.

  6. Payment: selection of a secure payment method (e.g., credit card).

  7. Order confirmation: an email with full order details will be sent.

The platform will inform the user via email about product details, prices, transport, order date, and estimated delivery.

Order Delivery

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the user. The provider is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete data or the recipient’s absence.
The provider will take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery.

Price and Offer Validity

Prices shown include VAT and applicable taxes, expressed in euros (€). Unless stated otherwise, they exclude shipping, handling, insurance, and additional services.
Applicable prices are those displayed on the website and applied automatically during checkout. Any change will be notified in advance.

Each payment made to the provider entails the issuance of an invoice, sent to the user’s email and included with the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or those that, for hygiene or legal reasons, cannot be returned.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by Spanish law.
Both parties expressly submit to the Courts of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction.

Buyer’s Rights and Return Policy

The seller does not guarantee the availability or delivery times of the products unless expressly stated. The catalog is for reference only.
The seller allows exchanges within 15 calendar days after delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To proceed, the customer must contact Customer Service by phone or email. The product, tags, and receipt must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Once received and verified, the refund will be processed.
