You can easily buy any computer, tablet, or smartphone, as it perfectly adapts to the specifications of each device.
Browse our online store and select the products you want by clicking the “ADD” button. Then complete the purchase from the “CART” section. Enter the delivery address and select your preferred payment method. After completing the process, you will receive an email with all the details of your purchase.
If it is more convenient for you, you can also make your purchase by phone for any of our items. Simply choose the product you want and call 910 501 001.
Our operators are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To find a product, you can access all available categories located in the top bar. You can also use the search bar at the top;
The results will display the available items based on the information you entered.
Once you have found the product, expand the information by clicking on its name or image.
A product page will open with detailed features, color or size variants, applied promotions, shipping and return options, and financing conditions.
The search bar located at the top of the page is very useful when looking for a product or brand. As you type a term in the search box, the most relevant results will appear so you can narrow down your search (products that include this term in their title or categories).
If none of the suggestions match what you are looking for, click ‘Search’. The results will display the available items based on the information you entered.
You can pay for your purchases using:

Steps to Purchase and Invoices
To add products to the cart, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on any product page.
Once added, a cart summary appears in the upper right corner, where you can view, remove, or increase the quantity of selected products.
This summary expands every time you click the green ‘My Cart’ button. When ready, click ‘View/Checkout’ to access the list of previously added items, their quantities, prices, delivery method, and the total amount to pay.
The option to add items to a completed order is not available. You will need to place a new order with the products you want.
If a product you want to buy is out of stock, the purchase option will be reactivated as soon as we receive more units.
I haven’t received the order confirmation email. What should I do?
If you do not receive an email confirming your order after completing the purchase process, please contact us by phone at 910 501 001 or send us an email using the VENTAPRIME contact form.
We will assist you promptly.
To request an invoice, contact us by phone at 910 501 001 or via email any day of the year at hola@ventaprime.com.
To issue the invoice, we will need the order number, company name and address, and a CIF.
If the invoice is to be issued in the name of someone other than the buyer, the corresponding authorization must be provided.

I have a discount voucher. How can I apply it?
Discount vouchers are ONLY applicable for sales made through our website, www.VentaPrime.com. To redeem a discount voucher, follow these steps:

When you go to checkout, enter your promotional code in the cart where it says "Do you have a discount code?"

Once you have entered the promotional code, the discount will be applied to your total amount to pay.

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express have developed a system to securely process online payments. The Secure E-Commerce system ensures that the card issuer (bank or savings bank) verifies the cardholder before authorizing the payment online.
VENTAPRIME is adhered to this security protocol, so once you select a product and enter your card number, a window from the issuer will open requesting your identification, displaying one of the following icons:

Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered.
Once identification is completed, the issuer informs VENTAPRIME that the purchase is being made by the cardholder, allowing the transaction to proceed. If the identification is not successful, the issuer notifies VENTAPRIME to take appropriate action.
This window is outside VENTAPRIME’s control, and any issues that arise are the responsibility of the issuing bank. You should contact the bank directly if you encounter any problems.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
In that email, you will find the bank details and the order number.
The purchased products will be reserved for you for two days. During this period, you must complete the transfer.
If the payment is not made within these two days, the order will be canceled.
SeQura is a secure payment gateway that allows you to pay for any VENTAPRIME product over €30 in installments. You have two ways to pay for your purchases in installments at VENTAPRIME:

Divide your order payment into 3 equal installments with no additional cost. You will make one payment per month.
For example, if you choose to pay for a €100 order over 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 in each of the following two months. Monthly charges are automatically applied to your card on the same day of the month you made the purchase. If that day is not convenient, you can change it at no extra cost.
Steps to split your purchase into 3 payments:

Enter your details (ID and mobile) and pay the first installment (1/3 of the order).

Divide the payment of your order into 3, 6, or 12 months for only a small fixed monthly fee.
You only need your ID, mobile, and bank card. For example, if you choose to pay a €180 order over 3 months, you would pay €63 per month (only €3 per month as a fee).

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs vary depending on the territory and the number and weight of the packages. During the checkout process, when you select a shipping method, you will see the total shipping cost for your order.
Deliveries are made within 24 to 48 hours once the package has been prepared and handed over to the shipping company on business days.
It is essential to provide a contact mobile phone number so the delivery company can reach you. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the company will contact you to arrange a second delivery on the same day. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be held at the local office for pickup or delivery the next day.
If you made a purchase by bank transfer and haven’t received your order, please send us an email via our contact form with the proof of transfer so we can verify and update you within a few hours.

Yes, you can provide different shipping and billing addresses both during the checkout process and when registering your account.
Most deliveries are tied to specific occasion dates. VENTAPRIME recommends placing your order 5 days in advance to ensure delivery on the requested day. If there are only 24 to 48 hours left before the specified date, VENTAPRIME will handle your request at 910 501 001.
VENTAPRIME ships its products to Spain and Portugal.
For shipments outside of Spain or Portugal, please place your order through our operators by calling 910 501 001.
Returns
To return a product, you must send it by regular or registered mail within 15 days from the day you received the order at your address.

If you have returned a product, your money will be refunded using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
Exception: Payments made via cash on delivery will be refunded through a bank transfer.
If you purchase from VENTAPRIME and the product does not arrive or does not match the description, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
Buyer protection covers all purchases made on our commercial platform, whether by phone or through our website.
Customer Area
To access the Customer Area, go to the VENTAPRIME website.
In the top-right corner, you will find the “Log In” section.
Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields.
Once completed, click “Log In”.
From that moment, you will be inside your Customer Area.
If you don’t remember your password, you can recover it in the “Log In” section. Once on that page, click “Forgot your password?”
A new page will open where you must enter the email address you used to register and click “Send password reset link”.
After this step, you will receive an email with instructions to change your password.
